**1. Install dependencies**

```bash theme={null}
uv pip install -U agno openai requests
```

**2. Export environment variables**

```bash Mac/Linux theme={null}
export OPENAI_API_KEY="your_openai_api_key_here"
export ZENDESK_COMPANY_NAME="your_zendesk_company_name_here"
export ZENDESK_PASSWORD="your_zendesk_password_here"
export ZENDESK_USERNAME="your_zendesk_username_here"
```

```bash Windows theme={null}
$Env:OPENAI_API_KEY="your_openai_api_key_here"
$Env:ZENDESK_COMPANY_NAME="your_zendesk_company_name_here"

**3. Run the example**

Save the code above as `zendesk_tools.py`, then run:
