# Async Tool Use

> Run YFinanceTools from a LiteLLM-backed agent asynchronously with aprint_response().

## Code

```python tool_use.py theme={null}
import asyncio

from agno.agent import Agent
from agno.models.litellm import LiteLLM
from agno.tools.yfinance import YFinanceTools

openai_agent = Agent(
    model=LiteLLM(
        id="gpt-4o",
        name="LiteLLM",
    ),
    markdown=True,
    tools=[YFinanceTools()],
)

asyncio.run(openai_agent.aprint_response("What is happening in France?"))
```

## Usage

**1. Set your API key**

```bash theme={null}
export LITELLM_API_KEY=xxx
```

**2. Install dependencies**

```bash theme={null}
uv pip install -U "litellm<=1.82.6" yfinance agno
```

**3. Run Agent**

Save the code above as `tool_use.py`, then run:

```bash theme={null}
python tool_use.py
```
