# Async Basic Agent

> Run an NVIDIA agent asynchronously with aprint_response().

## Code

```python basic.py theme={null}
import asyncio

from agno.agent import Agent
from agno.models.nvidia import Nvidia

agent = Agent(model=Nvidia(id="meta/llama-3.3-70b-instruct"), markdown=True)

asyncio.run(agent.aprint_response("Share a 2 sentence horror story"))

```

## Usage

**1. Set your API key**

```bash theme={null}
export NVIDIA_API_KEY=xxx
```

**2. Install dependencies**

```bash theme={null}
uv pip install -U agno openai
```

**3. Run Agent**

Save the code above as `basic.py`, then run:

```bash theme={null}
python basic.py
```
